DIY Ladder Workout – Try this Bodyweight Burner!

Here is a ladder workout that you can do at home – it needs minimal space and no equipment!

All you need to do is decide on a time frame – between six and ten minutes, or choose two of your favourite songs and keep working out until both the songs are over.

There is five exercises –  start with one repetition on each exercise and keep repeating the circuit, increasing your reps by one in each round.

  • Push Ups
  • Renegades
  • Lunges
  • Burpees
  • Squats

This is sure to get your muscles burning and your heart rate up!
