I have a different path from most coaches in the health industry. I didn’t do a sport growing up but loved PE and moving. Towards the end of high school my dad inspired me down this path by choosing to change his lifestyle and diet instead of relying on pills to help his health condition.
This inspiration led to me obtaining a Bachelor of Exercise Science (Clinical Practice) and then a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology.
Exercise to me is medicine. I have seen this in hundreds of hours of placement with clinical populations, with my dad but also with my own mental health condition.
My areas of interest are what I’m passionate about Women’s Health and Mental Health.
