Bio
Sport and fitness have nearly always played a major role in my life. Those times when I didn’t prioritise it, I felt depressed and lost. I now appreciate exercise as an outlet and tool for managing my mental health condition and love the challenge and variety I can create for myself within my training.
Adventurous by nature, I’ve dabbled in many different sports from rockclimbing and gymnastics to kung fu and pole dancing. What I’ve come to realise is that I’m most passionate about bodyweight movement- dance, animal flow, calisthenics, martial arts, boxing to name a few. Since joining Peachi, I’ve learnt the value of functional training and movement restoration and am currently studying the Master Functional Trainer program.
My goal as a coach is to provide training that is both fun and empowering. I believe it should have an overall purpose or goal for improving your long term quality of life, from the way you move to the way you feel and especially for increasing your self esteem and happiness. I want clients to be as excited about movement as I am and to find that which inspires them most and makes them feel alive!
An advocate of lifestyle medicine, I also have a passion for nutrition
