P3 – Peachi Performance Project – gives you a platform to step outside regular sessions and test and your performance in a dynamic event, because let’s face it… your strength and fitness is a never ending project!
Suitable for all fitness levels, P3 is the perfect way to help bring a little focus to your fitness and set training goals to strive toward…
Newbies? Learn the movements and celebrate the huge improvements you’re sure to see…
Advanced trainers? Change your focus and push your limits with some different movements.
Unlike traditional competitions, P3 isn’t about beating others. It’s about you setting benchmarks, tracking progress, and celebrating personal wins. So if you’re chasing competition (against yourself), new goals, or you just want a challenge, it’s a great way to step things up!
WHAT IS P3?
P3 is set to run bi-annually, the event the same each time. This means you can record your results in your first P3, and then compete against yourself 6 months later to track and celebrate the improvement in your performance.
This event is made up of multiple components designed to test your strength, endurance, and resilience. Expect to functional movements that target power, strength and endurance such as sled push, farmers carries, kettlebell swings and more!
Suitable for all levels – every movement has scalable options, so whether you’re a seasoned athlete or new to functional training, you’ll find the right level for you.
Once registered you’ll get access to the exact exercise and stations, plus an optional training program to help you prep – in regular sessions and in open gym too!

All proceeds from P3 go int our Peachi Powerbank – A fund is a safety net and support option created by our community to support our community…
The Powerbank is a $3K annual budget allocated to giving members a boost in times of financial stress – we can subsidise or comp your membership cost for a set time while you’re reloading and recharging your bank balance. We have this because usually people under financial stress are people who are, well, stressed! And we really want to look after our members during stressful times – it’s SO important to look after your health and get a bit of “me time” in amongst the chaos so you can feel a bit more balanced and handle whatever is being thrown your way.

Boost your recovery the day after P3 with a 30 minute sauna and ice bath session at the studio.

Fuel your body with your own (600ml BPA-free) Peachi protein shaker, as well as samples of our favourite protein supps.
There are two registration options...
Ultimately, the goal of P3 is to give you a platform to challenge yourself and track your performance.
By registering for ‘PERFORM‘ you’re setting yourself up to participate in P3 on 23 May AND 14 November 2026. This means you can set your benchmark in May, then work to level up your performance and compete against your previous results in November 2026.
If you’re a little uncertain and you just want to dip your toe in, you can select ‘TEST IT OUT‘, which will register you for just the May event. You can then choose to re-register if you decide you want to jump back into it later in the year.
