MYZONE TEAM CHALLENGES
Each week all challengers will be working in teams (both in and away from the studio) with a different Myzone target – the teams and the Myzone goal will change each week, so you will always be motivated and working toward something new.

Not sure what MYZONE is?
It’s an amazing system that tracks your heart rate every time you exercise and displays it real time during sessions on our TV screen and on your phone, so we will be able to see what your heart rate is at any time during sessions. You can also use it for any exercise you do away from the studio and it will sync up with our team, so everything you do both in and out of the studio will be recorded and tracked.

This means we can:
1. Track your progress and results so much more effectively.
2. We will be able to see what zone your body is working in during every session and adjust accordingly so you are getting the most out of every session.

  1. EXCLUSIVE CHALLENGER SESSIONS
    These sessions will be exlusively for challengers to work together in fun team-based sessions!
  2. WEEKLY PEACHI SESSIONS
    You get extra sessions at Peachi to help you boost your exercise!
  3. For those currently signed up to unlimited group classes with us: You will receive a bonus Shared PT session every week, so you can get a specific plan to focus your challenge training and work on what you want to work on!
  4. For those currently signed up to one-on-one or shared PT: You can choose if you receive an additional bonus Shared PT session every week, or you can receive unlimited access to our group class for the duration of the challenge. 

28 DAY WORKOUT PLAN
We also have a 28 Day workout plan included, so on days you’re not in the studio you have sessions you can do at home to boost your exercise and record that myzone activity.

Each week we will have a different Wisdom focus, each with the aim to help you improve your mental wellness and mindset, help you break down any barriers constantly holding you back and build new habits that will help you reach those next level fitness, personal and professional goals!

We are working with a nutritionist to bring you  solutions – this is about educating you to make healthier choices without feeling like you are on a boring diet!

  1. 28 Day Meal Plans
    This meal plan maps out every day for the challenge and is all about eating a balanced diet of nutricious and delicious foods that will make it easy to continue on well past the end of the challenge. Plus these meal plans are WINTER-SPECIFIC, so they will be all about warming foods to keep you happier and healthier in the cold weather!
  2. Recipes, Shopping Lists & Food Swap Lists
    This meal plan comes complete with recipes for every meal, as well as shopping lists to get you through the supermarket shop temptation free each week.
  3. BONUS PEACHI SESSIONS
    Options to suit everyone so you can make the most of the challenge period and keep as active as possible to help your team!
  4. EXCLUSIVE CHALLENGER SESSIONS
    Work together and have fun in our team-based challenger sessions.
