This Series is all about giving you the opportunity to laser-focus on the type of training and goals YOU want to smash, with targeted training sessions, workshop and assessments….
Challenge Zone Group Classes and Shared PT Sessions
- Shared PT sessions will be tailored toward each stream and focused on your individual challenge goals.
- Set group classes will transform to be tailored toward each stream – 2 coaches and series-specific training.
- You will be complete specific assessments at the start and end to track progress and results.
- Weekly check-ins with our coaches
- Regular motivation and support from your challenge team – you’ll even be set up with others who have similar goals as you so you get focused support specific to what your body and brain need!
Stream Specific Workshops
- These workshops are available to all challengers and are specifically tailored to each stream with the focus on building a skill or providing education:
- Deadlift Workshop
- Heart Rate Zone Workshop
- Mobility and Gymnastics Workshop
June 13th – 19th: Week Zero – assess your starting point, set goals and get ready!
June 20th – July 23rd: 5 weeks of next-level focused training, teamwork, fun and RESULTS!
