5WSS 2022 2SHAPE UP… your habits and boost your health and fitness to create and energised body and a clearer mind – focus on getting into consistent routine and enjoy an all round style of training – perfect if you haven’t exercised for a while or if you’re a beginner.

5WSS 2022 3SPRINT: Improve your fitness and muscle conditioning with heart rate-specific training – running goals, cardio fitness goals… this is for you!

5WSS 2022 4STRENGTH: Focus on improving your strength and power with strength-specific training and on your heavy lifting technique – deadlifts, squats, bench press and more…

5WSS 2022 5SKILL: Focus on bodyweight movement – mobility, flexibility, even handstands, rings, chin ups, paralettes, animal flow..! Select some skills to master and build your strength, mobility and coordination.

WHAT'S INSTORE?

This Series is all about giving you the opportunity to laser-focus on the type of training and goals YOU want to smash, with targeted training sessions, workshop and assessments….

Challenge Zone Group Classes and Shared PT Sessions

  • Shared PT sessions will be tailored toward each stream and focused on your individual challenge goals.
  • Set group classes will transform to be tailored toward each stream – 2 coaches and series-specific training.

Focused Assessments

  • You will be complete specific assessments at the start and end to track progress and results.

Team Accountability

  • Weekly check-ins with our coaches
  • Regular motivation and support from your challenge team – you’ll even be set up with others who have similar goals as you so you get focused support specific to what your body and brain need!

Stream Specific Workshops

  • These workshops are available to all challengers and are specifically tailored to each stream with the focus on building a skill or providing education:
    • Deadlift Workshop
    • Heart Rate Zone Workshop
    • Mobility and Gymnastics Workshop

June 13th – 19th: Week Zero – assess your starting point, set goals and get ready!

June 20th – July 23rd: 5 weeks of next-level focused training, teamwork, fun and RESULTS!
